Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the medical-grade silicone patches and any other items in their original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
